At Ethereal Sound, we want your drum to reach you smoothly and on time.
Where we ship — Worldwide. Shipping is free across the United States; any international rates are shown at checkout.
Processing — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation and tracking number by email once your drum ships.
Delivery times — Because each drum is handcrafted and shipped directly from our maker, please allow approximately:
- United States: 14-21 business days
- International: 14–21 business days (Estimates only — actual times vary by carrier and customs.)
Your free songbook — Sacred Sounds & Still Waters is emailed instantly after purchase — no shipping needed. 🌿
Tracking — A tracking link is emailed when your order ships; allow a few days for it to begin updating.
Customs & duties (international) — Any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the price.
Delayed or lost packages — If your tracking shows no movement for an extended time, contact us at hello@etherealsounds.store and we'll investigate right away (see our Returns & Refunds policy).
Address accuracy — Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
